  Had just recently purchased a new F-150 I needed help on a few more questions regarding the sync 3 system, which our sales person was quick to help me out. I had a couple of other questions and a problem with a wiper blade that Larry also took care of to get me on my way. I can't say enough about this dealership everyone there treats you respect and professionalism from sales to parts

  St. Marys Ford and Larry Shamblaw were very helpful in getting me the perfect new vehicle. Larry went over all my needs and my wish list and worked out which vehicle would be best for my lifestyle. He showed me every available one in stock and calculated all the payment plans on the ones I was debating between for me so that I would know exactly what I would be paying per month and on any buy outs for each model/vehicle. When my new vehicle was ready to pick up Larry showed me all of the features and helped me make sure the FordPass App and everything connected properly before I was on my way. Everything went very smoothly and I’m very happy with my purchase.

  St Mary's Ford is the best Ford dealer in all of Southern Ontario. Sales team is very friendly and the service department is helpful when looking for parts. The only problem I have is the annual Ford show is too short and I have to wait the following year for the next show. ???? Love the DJ that plays the music at St Mary's. He really sends you through a blast from the past.

  After searching for a vehicle for months, I found a very clean, affordable Ford Edge at St. Mary’s Ford. Christina was the best rep I’ve ever worked with as she was very quick to respond and provided honest answers. After being hounded by other sales reps that only treated me like “another number” on their stats chart it was refreshing to be treated as awesome as Christina and Kim did here! Very negotiable and accommodating but reasonable in all dealings. They even picked up my vehicle after sale to re-configure the door lock code which was above and beyond!

  This dealership really does put the customer first! I worked with Kipp looking for the right truck for me. He went above and beyond to help me get into it. Before I made my purchase, I spoke with their service department. They were very helpful and informative and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely call St. Mary's Ford the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.
