Asked a simple question about pricing and received such a sarcastic answer. Told me “I’m not asking you, I’m telling you” when I asked about a sticker price on a sample. Time to find a new job not involving customer service!

Excellent prices! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
They even plastic wrapped the product because it was raining. Our go to store for home renovation needs. -

(December 12, 2021, 10:00 pm)This is a new store. They have a fabulous floor display and quite a few samples. The only thing I would like to see is the prices displayed on the custom order flooring. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We would shop there again.
