We booked our bathroom renovation months in advance and, to our delight, the crew arrived promptly on the exact day as promised including the electrician and plumber.
From our initial consultation at the showroom with John, followed by a site visit, and right through to our third and final day of renovations, the entire experience was pleasant and worry free. The experienced install team were courteous, professional and had an eye for detail. Their work is top shelf and second to none. Our brand new bathroom is perfectly gorgeous and one we can take pride in for many years to come!

The experience with John was great. Super patient, worked with us to get a different floor when the one we chose was out of stock.

Jeff and the other installer (can’t remember his name, but he’s a Steelers fan like me) did a great job. It was very hot in our house (no central air) and not once did they complain. Jeff taught me a lot about handiwork (I’m the handy one in my marriage, my husband isn’t). We went over properly rehinging doors (I rehinged the bathroom door and turns out the pin was upside down. Jeff fixed this for me), French cleats, etc. They both did a complete walk through of the work done and gave us care instructions. We will definitely use them again for our basement bathroom, and if they do powder rooms, we’ll use them for that too.

We had a very good experience all round with Peterborough Bath Renovators. We are very pleased with our basement bathroom upgrade. The work is of a high standard and the finishes look great. The installation team were very professional, friendly, reliable and left everything clean and tidy. John in the showroom and all the office staff were also very helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely hire them again for future projects.

My wife and I spent hours researching what we could do with our tiny bathroom and how we could freshen it up. Upon looking at countless options and companies we decided to go with Peterborough Bath Renovators. Not only did John make the process easy for us as we could not visit the showroom the price was also more fair than any other option we looked at. We went with a subway tile surround and a new wider soaker tub. Adam & Jason were our installers and did a fantastic job. They were funny, had great personalities and put me at ease during the whole install day. My wife and I cannot be more happy with the outcome and would recommend these guys to everyone.
