(December 5, 2019, 3:01 pm)We order from Casey's as tenants, otherwise we would be looking for a new provider. The woman at the office is super friendly and has great customer service, and seems to be apologizing for everyone else's mistakes/shortcomings. Everything is so unorganized and unprofessional otherwise. We've had the driver show up on the wrong day with 10 minutes notice and knock our canoe onto the ground with the truck hose without apology (luckily I was here that day to deal with it). They can never give a date/time that is for certain and this is obviously inconvenient. If more competition came into the area, I have no doubt they'd be out of business. If you have a choice, I'd look elsewhere for propane delivery.
