From sirloin cap for Pichana to tenderloin for Beef Wellington and everything in between we know we can get the cut and quality we search for in a fine butcher shop. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable which makes for a great Saturday outing and a delicious week of meals. Thank you Franz and team!
