I had several contractors say that my entire roof needed to be replaced. Hank came in and immediately said there was no need for that as none of the structural components were compromised. They had the whole attic looking brand new for a fraction of the price. In my opinion they are genuinely happy to give you the best possible solution regardless of the price.
