“This course could easily be 5 stars if they did abit more work on the tee boxes. The range tee decks were also in rough shape. Other then that the greens were good and the fairways and rough was super green and thick. Great course to play and fairly priced. Could use some cart upgrades the one I drove was falling apart and barley started everytime trying to take off”

“My family and I have been part of the Theona Park community for 6 years. My mom is a community member for over 10 years. My children have an idyllic childhood here at Theona. Their summers are filled of memories in the pool, fishing, campfires and bike rides down to grandma’s trailer. All three of my girls learned to ride their bikes here. Also, how many kids get to trick or treat and get a visit from Santa in the summer? Theona Park is a safe and respectful community. A fantastic choice to have a second home away from the hustle and bustle of life in the city. The lake view here is spectacular. Hands down the best lake and best view in this area. The owners do a great job at maintaining the facilities and ensuring the safety of everyone in the park. I commend them especially during this season’s Covid curveball.”

“Fred the owner was a very pleasant guy! Very helpful and understanding. Always available to help out with anything we needed and any concerns we had. Very nice place to go boating, fishing or just to get away, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The cottage we stayed in was ok. Something you have to keep in mind is that this is cottaging, not some luxurious resort type of deal. That being said, plan accordingly. Overall it was an amazing time and I would definitely make this place a yearly getaway.”
