They are very professional.. several companies came and declined the job or quoted very high numbers ( 24,000 plus) to replace both furnace and AC but BN dependable came in and said that's isn't necessary.. instead they fixed the existing problem for less than 1000$ and spent 9 hrs in my attic at 120 degrees to fix the issue.. they had 4 guys go up at 20 minute increments.. I have never seen such dedication from any company and I applaud them for doing this very difficult job in that heat. I would give them 10 stars if I could.. 100% recommend them. Honest and truly dependable.

Theses gentlemen just installed a new on demand water heater to replace one that was 17 years old. They offered us all the options so we could make an informed decision. Once the decision was made it was only a couple of days until the unit was installed. They cleaned up any mess, laid drop cloths to protect our floors, and were polite and quiet while they were here. We shopped around knowing that we may need to get our unit replaced and this wonderful company came in $1000 cheaper than one of the companies! They have our business for everything now furnace, A/C, and the maintenance of our on demand hot water system. It is not just about the price either. They got back to us quickly, and got down to business when we needed them!
