Anya came to our house to view samples in our light. She was helpful and came with lots of options. Rob purchased and helped us make payment easily. Kevin did an amazing job installing and ensuring our vinyl tile look very realistic!! Our only problem was that we didn’t do the kitchen at the same time as our bathroom .. that will be next and we will 100% be repeat customer!

We can say enough about how wonderful everyone was to work with. From the minute we waked into their showroom, we felt welcomed and were thrilled to be able to find (after much searching elsewhere) the most beautiful flooring and carpet for our new century home. The hardwood floor install was done on time without any delays. We were so pleased with Kevin's install work...it's not easy working with 100 year old existing hardwood flooring, which was removed without any damage to baseboards and door-jams! Kevin definitely took the time and care that was needed. Our new carpet runner & stair runner were also installed on time and are stunning! If you're looking for any type of flooring, we would highly recommend you connect with Anya...you won't be disappointed. There is no need to travel to Toronto...we have this wonderful flooring company in our own backyard!

I liked Anya the minute I opened my door to her. She was so friendly, but professional and very knowledgeable of the products she was showing me.
The fact it was only 3 weeks from the time she came until the floor was completely installed was another "plus" for this Company.
Their employee Kevin, who laid the floor, was also a pleasure to have in my home. He was a perfectionist and very meticulous when he worked. Anya also came back to see the floor and how I liked it. I loved it!!

For quite some time, my husband and were going to retail storefronts to pick up flooring samples that we thought would look good in our home, but when we brought them home we discovered they were completely wrong! It was a frustrating experience…

Anya arrived at our home in a van that was full of samples. She looked at our decor, talked to us about what we wanted, and went out to her van to bring in samples for us to look at. VOILA! She came in with exactly what we were looking for! Decision made instantly! It was so unbelievably easy too! We only wished we had discovered this option earlier.

She measured our home, and sent us a itemized quote listing everything that needed to be done - removal of old flooring, installation of plywood to level existing floors, moving of furniture and appliances, removal-reinstallation-caulking and painting of baseboards, etc.

The installers were professional, skilled and knowledgeable, a joy to work with and to have in our home. Anya and/or her husband Rob dropped by regularly during the installation to check on progress and make sure that we were satisfied with everything - and we were!

I have been singing the praises of FLOOR COVERINGS International and their staff, and will continue to do so…

Overall extremely good experience. They were always kind and patient. When I didn't like my first choice they worked with me to make sure the next choice would be installed just how I wanted it to look. The second install was completed quickly and efficiently. I think at first I wasn't sure what I was doing and looking for more information about products and options for the space. It was my fault for being too spontaeous with my choice. However it would be helpful if professionals make sure clients are confident with their choice and aware of what the final look might be since it is a big decision.
