I left a voicemail for him explaining how ridiculous the company I was trying to go with was being. Within one hour I had a phone call back and all my paperwork settled and sent to him by that night. He puts in extra hours to insure his clients are extremely satisfied and works to get you the best quote. Appreciate all the work and how helpful he was!. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest broker who has integrity for his job and clients.

He was there when nobody could find me motorcycle insurance and he was there again with my first car. He went above and beyond both times. Like I said he is an awesome guy with awesome prices.

We contacted Mcdougall Insurance in Embrun & we were then connected with Lee Barnett. Immediately Lee was different. He was informative, kind & attentive. We didn’t feel like just a number, we really felt valued. Lee took the time to explain the quotes, the companies & our options. We corresponded via email & phone, and regardless of how many questions I had (and there were many), Lee was always made himself available to respond quickly. Again, we really felt like we were top priority (even though it’s clear he has many clients). Lee worked hard for us to find the RIGHT insurance at a cost we could afford!
We couldn’t have asked for better service all around!
