Oh my gosh. Such amazing and dedicated volunteers. It's not shameful to need a bit of a hand and there is no reason anyone in the Brock community should go hungry with these people around. So if you find yourself or your family with an empty fridge and a growling belly, just go. And if the opposite is true, call them and donate. Life can have its up's and Downs, just keep looking up! Keep an eye out for their hours of operations first. And yes, been there, needed it and thankfully didn't let pride get in the way of feeding my family.
