Over the past few months Chris N. has serviced my heat pump, AC and two fireplaces. I am very impressed by his work ethic. He is extremely meticulous in his attention to detail and explains all that he is doing. I find him to be very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful in his interaction with the client. Mike T came yesterday to do the servicing of my furnaces and heat pumps. I was out, and left the front door open with a note informing him of the dog’s name among other things.
