I was looking for a reputable company to come to my residence to install a tankless hot water tank and to service the rest of my appliances and make sure there were no issues and I called RMS home comfort and jordan was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work and with helping me understand he my appliances. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. Will definitely be using their services again in the future for services and maintenance of my appliances.

We replaced our old Oil Furnace with a Daikin Heat pump. On a Dec 3rd , Jordan & his assistant were amazing- showed up on time, Put down runners etc to protect the carpet. Worked hard to get the tank out and the new Heat pump installed. We have been 100% happy with everything

Reached out to RMS Home Comfort Inc after trying unsuccessfully to get Direct Energy to come out and inspect my furnace/perform maintenance prior to starting up for the winter. I was able to setup a convenient time with RMS to come out and check my furnace. He spent about 1.5 hours doing a series of electrical and performance tests. He also explained areas that I need to watch out for like low amperage and found an issue with pressure on the gas control valve. He took out the blower motor and performed a thorough cleaning, which I have never seen done before by other companies.

Got a red tag from ENBRIDGE due to a Hot water tank gas leak..17years old. For ONE MONTH I did not have hot water because I wasted time to find the right company who can do the job perfect. All big companies hesitate to do any complicated work / Small companies were way over pricing the job. I was under so much stress....

Came across to find out about " RMS Home Comfort Inc" from my wife co worker, who recently had a AC unit done with 10/10 satisfaction.

They came all the way from Oshawa to Toronto. Our home had ABS Vent installed(2007 new regulation ban ABS for PVC) + Red tag removal +need pressure test+ hot water tank replacement to Tankless+ Gas leak test. All done within one day with an unbelievable price..

Two day has passed and I am 1000% satisfied and still can't believe this issue is now resolved...

My man.. Jordan, the technician who helped me out has a lot of experience with amazing work attitude. I was really impressed with every detail he went over and alternate suggestions to any huddles. He really understands client to their best need.
