Our Intel service tech was OUTSTANDING. DAVID advised of ETA, DAVID parked safely with pylons, DAVID wore all PPE, DAVID listened to all my concerns, DAVID asked questions to confirm my concerns, DAVID quickly and PATIENTLY went through the functions of the Rogers app, iPhone and iPad with our alarm system. DAVID was OUTSTANDING.
Incase you missed it his name is DAVID. Unfortunately I didn’t get his last name, however you’d be wise to find him.
DAVID should be fast tracked to management. He has constantly delivered EXCELLENT customer experience at both our houses and our neighbours who ask for him by name. Fortunately he’s the only tech for Port Perry (?). He would make an excellent trainer. He is confident, patient, and has a non threatening demeanour, so he doesn’t make you feel foolish.

Now we all have our opinions on the big telecoms. I get that and I wouldn't disagree. This review is for the service technician from Intek that just visited my house. Joseph, came by to help activate my Rogers internet. Joseph was thorough, detailed, supportive and polite. We appreciated his light hearted and positive personality. During a pandemic where we're isolated, either by choice or not, it's so nice to interact with a sociable and polite person like Joseph. Kudos. We appreciate you
