Caitlin is such a beautiful, talented soul. Her yoga classes have such fun, unique transitions that make every class one to look forward to. She also incorporates sound healing instruments into her classes sometimes which are just beautiful. Her sound baths are magical and she really has a gift for healing. I've received a Reiki session and walked away with valuable insights and a blissful feeling. Whatever session you're looking to receive from Caitlin, you won't be disappointed.

Caitlin is amazing! I started on my yoga journey about 6 months ago and Caitlin was one of my first teachers. As someone new to yoga it was great to find a teacher that is knowledgeable, kind and relatable. I’ve also attended a couple of her sound meditations and can’t wait to attend others. Caitlin's yoga classes and sound baths are amazing! I've tried several classes and teachers at various studios over the years. I drive 35 minutes, even though there are several closer studios to go to, just to attend Caitlin's Hot Vinyasa Flow classes regularly. The sequence of poses are always just what I need, and the essential oil aromatherapy at the end of each class is the perfect finish to class. If you haven't tried a class with her yet, you definitely should!

It was the first time I experienced a Reiki session. I truly loved it and felt so much energy from Caitlin. Right away I clicked with her energy and after the session I felt like I was on a cloud. So light and happy. I could feel she is an experienced Reiki master. I highly recommend Caitlin.
