Baseline Storage

Baseline Storage is the best Self-storage facility in Bowmanville and Durham Region. Prices are always the cheapest in the area. Facility is clean and well taken care of. Manager is helpful and is there to help when needed. I have used many storage places in the past and this was the best experience overall. Highly recommend.

Rented 20x10 unit for about four months while getting ready to move. Great service.

Flawless process start to finish while I needed outdoor storage. Well maintained during winter months always graded properly and good drainage. I used the outdoor storage for a snowmobile trailer which required in and out access during winter months which was always great. Lot is secure and safe as well. Lot owner/operator was easily accessible and replied promptly along with timely, accurate and detailed billing along with documentation. If your looking for outdoor storage right in town this is top tier !

Manager returned my calls promptly, was extremely helpful and great to work with. Storage unit was easy to get to and was clean and dry!

I ended up not needing the storage but I wanted to leave a review anyway regarding the customer service and personable aspect of this business. Yusuf kept me in the loop and gave prompt updates for availability. He was patient and accommodating with my questions. He made the time to personally show me around the property. I was surprised to find out that it is a competitive and busy profession and Yusuf stands out with excellent service and detail.

Yusuf is great to work with . Storage site is clean and well maintained. Easy access and feel very safe . Rates are really reasonable and easy to make payments. I have been here for many years never any issues. Sorry not able to use anymore but if life changes again I will be back!
