I had two accidents within two months and brought it here both times and each time the process was made as easy and stress-free as possible. It's a friendly atmosphere in the shop while still remaining professional. I would and will be bringing my car back in the future if it gets into any more trouble, definitely recommend ??

Just to make people aware of how a bodyshop operates and run...they all do the best they can to fix your car in a timely matter and get it back to you as fast as they can without compromising the structural integrity of your vehicle. You also are not the only customer they have. If you have a problem with your vehicle then bring it back and talk to the manager. At Clarington Carstar the manager will work with you to make things right, that is their ultimate goal. Your problem could be with a tech who has been let go because of bad work he was doing. It's another tech who fixes the problem for you. Always give the chance for them to fix the problem first before condemning them.

Nobody is forced to take their car to any shop, it's your choice where you go.

Insurance companies will pay what they pay for repairs, they body shop has no control over any of that. If they will pay for aftermarket parts/ used then that's what you get. It's between you and your insurance company and not the body shop. Aftermarket parts never fit the same and that has nothing to do with the shop you take your car to.
