Fire Away

I bought a fireplace insert in February 2019 and after it was installed I did not think it was as aesthetically pleasing as in the showroom and the picture in the company’s brochure. So, I went to the store and spoke to someone about it. The owner came to my home with additional rocks and decorative sand and I believe he adjusted the positioning of the logs and it made a huge difference! Excellent customer service with a great showroom to see a large number of options. I highly recommend this place.

Nick and his team recently installed a new furnace at our home. Everything went exactly as he promised. We had an exceptional experience. Very happy with the service. Highly recommmended. We love the furnace. We wont go anywhere else.

Added a natural gas bbq and fireplace for a new outdoor deck. Went to the store and received great information on all the features. We picked the Napoleon Prestige BBQ and fireplace. Prices for the products were comparable to their competitors. The difference was in the other costs such as setup, delivery, etc.

When delivered our deck was not ready. They without hesitation offered to return in a few days. We ended up putting the units in our garage for 2 days.

We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
