Needed an ignition switch for my grandson's Apollo atv and called them. I explained I would be on my way to London from Peterborough early on a Sat. morning and could I pick it up on my way through. The owner sent me an email saying he had left the part outside in a certain location and there would be no charge. All this just to save me getting tied up in traffic before they opened. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely return here to make any further purchases.
