Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Membership was achieved quickly. There were no agents in the store but car insurance was purchased on the phone easily. The agent was very thorough and efficient.

What a gem of a store. They have every travel accessory you can imagine, including luggage, in a spotless, well laid out store. Service was fantastic. I went for an international drivers license and left with that, a membership, luggage and more!

This was my first time visiting the CAA store in Oshawa and my experience there was beyond amazing. I thought I was going to just get some passport photos, but on top of that I received what can only be described as a masterclass in true customer service. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with exceptional, helpful and kind service. Dawna did an absolutely amazing job in answering all of my questions and ensuring I got what I needed. Dawna’s service, along with the rest of the staff, made a getting my passport photo such a pleasure. If you ever need a passport photo taken or need to do some shopping before your next trip (as the store actually sells some nice travel related merchandise like suitcases), make sure to give thIs CAA a try.
