Ella was a leading speaker at the 2020 Centennial College Leadership Academy Retreat. An event which I had the pleasure to attend. She led inspiring and challenging conversations about leadership styles, professional behaviour, decision making and more. In the course of three days, she engaged a large group to collaborate in activities to encourage discussions envolving interpersonal relationship and self awareness. She has a cativating presence, powerful voice, (the nicest accent in my opinion) and a approaching personality. She made the numerous activities light and interesting, to a point that we barely believe we covered so many topics, and at the same time, we wish continue on for more and more! It's been more than two years, and although most of us have already graduated, the group is still active. Thanks to the dynamics of the challenges proposed by Ella.
