Darren is such a great agent that we’ve used him 3 times over the last 10 years. My husband and I first met Darren when we were hunting for our first home as newlyweds and expecting our first baby. We knew nothing about house hunting or anything about the process. We had been previously been blown off by a well known agent we had called up to look at his listing. The agent found out we had not be pre-approved by the bank and we did not know our budget. He acted as if we had wasted his time and said come talk to me once you find out. We then went to look at Darren’s listing and could not believe how much time he took to explain the process of house hunting, gave us a first time home buyers information package, and even helped us find a mortgage broker. From that day he became our agent who helped us find our first home, sell that home for over asking, and then buy an income property for under asking price. Darren is very trustworthy and very hardworking and will get the best price for your house! We still call him up when we want to randomly go look at a listing and he drops everything just to accommodate us. We have recommended him to friends and family as he is simply the best!

My experience dealing with Darren was pleasant and professional from the very beginning. He was open to trying new ideas, available to answer questions and view homes timely. Most importantly he managed to bring me joy on a very sad day as my house closed the day of my mom's funeral and he took care of it all so I could focus on what was truly important.
