Cleaning is done well and as I have asked. I can always easily contact someone to make changes or reschedule. Very happy with the service.

I’ve used a few cleaning services before and No More Chores was by far the best. They sent a team of people to clean the place, where as other cleaning services just sent one person, so the job was done within 90 minutes (and I have a fairly large apartment). Some key differences about them that will have me going back:
1) sent multiple, friendly cleaners so the whole place was clean faster than if they’d just sent one
2) had all of their own supplies including vacuum cleaners
3) very good with taking direction when I needed a couple of “touch-ups” here and there around the place

Top quality I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Cleaner was sick on the original day of booking, but I was called immediately and rescheduling was easy. On the rebooked day, cleaner came right on time. She didn't speak any English, but was very friendly, and we were able to communicate through Google translate. The service is pricey, but the cleaner stayed for 5 hours for a small two bedroom apartment, so the clean was quite thorough. Will probably use again!

Great service overall! They accommodated my last minute request, and were extremely responsive and helpful overall.
My apt looks brand new and clean now.
The only concern I have is that I wish they spent a bit more time on decluttering and organizing my cloths/belongings, but other than that the service was excellent.
Will book again!
