(December 26, 2020, 10:04 pm)I had bought a recycled 3rd party xbox controller back in October, and it started acting up so I used my warranty and got a new controller, in out no issues with customer service and they were fast and to the point, very kind and respectful, never gonna buy anything for my consoles, apart from this place, they are all wonderful people!

(November 16, 2020, 11:32 pm)The staff at this place are absolutely legendary , been coming to this location 10 years plus , I was devistated when I didn't get my hands on a ps5 ! They told me not to loose hope , and 3 days later I got a call they got me a ps5 through a cancelation , it dosent stop their they swapped my PS4 copy for ps5 copy of the new cod , unreal ! Alyssa Shannon and Kyle are the ones who made all this happen you guys are amazing thanks to you I will enjoy my Christmas !
