She is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher, and has a strong understanding for even the most complicated functions in QuickBooks. When faced with some complicated accounting entries, she even went the extra step to have a phone conference with my accountant to ensure complete accuracy. She is prompt to respond to emails, punctual and moves at a comfortable pace.
