Randy will handle whatever needs to be done. If you need to sell your current home in order to get the new one, he will find a buyer. If you or the other buyer needs a mortgage, he will get that done also. He even arranged for a guy to come and paint the bathtub the moment we took possession of the property, as the tub was originally a very unattractive colour. Because our old house had a built in micro wave which stayed with the house, as soon as we moved into the new house, there was a knock on the door, and there was a delivery truck bringing us a new microwave, courtesy of Randy. Just tell him what you want, and let him go to work for you.
