Swiss Chalet

SO HAPPY I CALLED THIS STORE FIRST BEFORE LEAVING ONE STAR AND WRITING A BAD REVIEW! Through my nightmare of a night I will still be ordering and supporting this location!! There was some sort of mix up Ordering online for pick up at the store and our food was not made but the money had come out of our account. I couldn’t get a hold of the restaurant, so I decided to wait to figure it out the next day when it wasn’t the dinner hour for them. I was able to speak to Pat the next day. It’s not everyday you can deal with a compassionate person that really makes you feel like your concern was listened to and solved without hesitation. She even threw in a special treat for us and for All my kids!! Thank you so much!! At a scary time in our world, This Swiss chalet location pulled through! God bless you from a house full of happy hearts and bellies ☺️???

Something about Swiss Chalet just spells comfort food for me. No matter what location you visit the food is consistent and usually comes with fast service. Swiss is my go to when I just want a no fuss meal I can count on.
