(September 1, 2020, 2:26 pm)Unfortunately I have to give this 3 stars. Food was good, but the company (FatBastard) itself is completely unresponsive to when you have problems. I've emailed them, no response. Posted on their Facebook and they asked me to DM them. No response. This started 3 weeks ago and Facebook shows me they've seen the messages and they just ignore them. Terrible headquarters. I used to go here almost weekly but now I'm going elsewhere since I know they don't stand by what they sell. Come on guys you've ruined a good thing.
