Clean, nice looking. This dealership location has somewhat of a sheltered drive in service area from rain/snow which I find innovative and convenient. Picked up some parts. No issues.

Parts department super helpful. Know there stuff, and knew exactly what I was doing when I asked for a throttle body that was not supposed to fit my car. Pricing was also most competitive after calling around to other Acura & Honda dealerships.

Had an awesome experience with Terry C. at Acura Pickering. I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first. Terry asked the right questions and listened to me and I walked away with my new favorite vehicle. Terry’s customer service skills and knowledge definitely set him apart from other car dealership staff I’ve dealt with in the past. Service Manager here is great. He went above and beyond to help with an issue with a car my daughter purchased at Acura Pickering. I can honestly say that I have never experienced customer service like this at any other dealership. Excellent service!
