Friendly staff and fast service

We went to get passport photos done. Realized when we had our guarantor sign them that the stamp on the back was all blurry. Took it to the passport office anyway. Luckily I still had the receipt to verify the location of who took photos. Would not get my photos done here again. We also chatted to the travel agent and she was helpful and provide some insights to our next trip.

This was the best CAA store in my opinion! I have been to the one at Don Mills and Lawrence and honestly I can say I have not experienced such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere upon entering the store! Upon entering this one however I was properly greeted and asked what was it I require, I said it was an international drivers license and she immediately got to helping me. Even asked me if I was a member(the other location did not on both previous occasions) in order to offer me a discount on pictures I need for the license. I didn’t need pictures, but being offered the discount after being asked if I was or a family member in the same house was, a caa member, was a very kind gesture.

She also gave me a quote for travel insurance stating that I save 10% since a family member was a member. Overall was a pleasant experience and I definitely will return to this location!

I am signed up with CAA. Truly amazing service I have received. I have had to call them for a flat tire and battery dead. They showed up with in half an hour. You can even save a lot of money with choosing CAA as you home and car insurance.

Went there for an IDP. Very fast service. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and informative. Just make sure you bring 2 passport photo for fast service.
