I’ve been his patient of DOCTOR FARBER’s for 30 yrs, give or take. For the past 20 yrs I’ve live in Markham and still drive out to Pickering. Yes, there are closer Doctors and all kinds of walk in clinics, but he’s the best.
Having an affiliation with an Emergency after ours clinic that has access to my charts is both practical and reassuring. As I get older, my file gets thicker and I certainly don’t remember all my visits (aches/pains) or medications. What I do remember and it has been this way EVERY time I’ve seen him is this ...

1) The friendly/efficiency of the front desk and nurses - familiar faces
2) The cleanliness of the facility
3) He must quickly review your file before coming into the examination room. This gives the patient a sense of familiarity and reduces stress.
4) He listens intently and asks questions before coming to a diagnosis. This takes longer, so I don’t care if my appt is late - you the patient are never rushed.

Unfortunately I’m writing this at 2:30 am because I’m sick. So I’ll make an appt later this morning. Wether I’m at his office or the after hours clinic, I’m in good hands ???? C U L8R❗️

We absolutely love Dr Farber, he's been my doctor since I was two weeks old, and now he's looking after my son's as well (3 years old and 4 months old respectively). There is no one I would trust more with my kids!

Dr.Farber is the best... I have been his patient for many years. He is friendly, happy and knowledgeable/ informative. There is always a wait for appointments and usually a wait once you get there - however he does work in an after hours clinic and if it is urgent he will make time to see you. How busy he is really speaks to how good he is.
