Harp & Wylie's Canadian Grill House

used to be great but struggling in the last year. i hear they cant find good staff/cooks. its a shame because they had a great reputation but now everyone you speak to complains about the time to get served or poor quality food/service. a shining star that seems on its way to being burnt out.

Great little restaurant overlooking lake Simcoe in Port Perry Ontario. A large deck provides summer seating with a good water view. I enjoyed the prime rib usually available Friday through Monday. Entrees from 17 to 35$. A good selection of local craft beers are available. The inside seating closest to the kitchen doesn't have a view of the water.

Great little place in Port Perry. Arguably the best restaurant in town. The smokehouse stack is amazing and pretty much all of the menu is amazing as well. Nothing bad here. Service is great, kind and prompt and the food is unique and extremely tasty. The patio overlooks lake scugog and provides such a relaxing atmosphere you just don't want to leave. One of the few places Ill travel to from Oshawa just to eat there.
