Bowen Hands to Heal - Bowen Therapy c/o Uxbridge Natural Healing

Peggy has helped me SO many times with Bowen Therapy.
I saw her initially for chronic headaches (which I get from neck and shoulder tension when I’m feeling stressed, and from whiplash scar tissue from a serious car accident 15 years ago). I was going to chiropractic treatments 4 times a month and massage once a month, and although that helped a bit, it just wasn't cutting it. At first I saw Peggy once a week for a month. Then once every two weeks, then once a month, and now I only see her a few times a year when I feel the tension returning. I also see her for my lower back/tailbone pain. I broke my tailbone and a disk in my back while snowboarding and it still aches and causes me trouble (almost 20 years later). During pregnancy I also struggled with severe sciatic pain. I couldn't get up off the couch or out of bed because of it. I saw her ONCE and it went away. Later in pregnancy when it started to come back I saw her again and it went away immediately again. She also gave me a treatment for carpal tunnel pain I was experiencing. That was 5 years ago, and I’ve yet to have the pain again.

Beyond what Peggy has done to help me with physical ailments, she is also one of the warmest, kindest and most generous people I've met. I so appreciate how much she clearly and obviously CARES. Bowen has been my ‘miracle cure’ on multiple occasions, and I have Peggy to thank for that. Bowen is such a non-invasive and seemingly ‘simple’ technique, and yet it has been what has worked wonders for me over everything else I’ve tried. What a gift it is to be relieved of chronic pain and suffering. Our bodies are remarkable and smart things, and Bowen reminds them that they CAN heal.
