My only issues were that after pick up, I noticed some of the roses in the arrangement were brown; however, I notified them and they treated me to a dozen roses on the house! And also, it was my first time buying from here and it stated in the email that I would be notified when the flowers were ready to be picked up, but I never received one. Thankfully I called and found out they were ready that way.
