The customer service was OUTSTANDING, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped my family and I pick out glasses that suited us and gave some great suggestions. They filed our benefits for us. Prices are more than reasonable, with lots of styles to choose from. Quick and efficient service. We received our glasses in a timely manner. They have an in house optometrist who provided great eye exams for the whole family. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in any retail store I've been in. If you're looking for glasses I highly recommend going to Famous Optical.

(August 29, 2018, 8:10 pm)The customer service is absolutely great. I went there to cruise around and check the prices since I had lost my glasses and one of the receptionist was there. She was very welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend.
