Inspired By Rossland Optical

I bought my glasses at Inspired by Rossland Optical and the staff were incredibly helpful! I wasn't sure which style I would like best, but the optician was incredibly patient, kind, and resourceful. She worked with me and my budget to help me find a pair of glasses I love. I'll definitely be returning here in the future!

I first entered Rossland Optical over 20 years ago with my son as a little boy. I can't begin to say what wonderful and amazing service Dana and her staff have provided my family over the years. Our family has always felt such a warm welcome entering your store Dana. You provide above and beyond exceptional service. On the advise of Dana over the last few weeks, she suggested I try new lenses for my sunglasses, I had a favourite frame I wanted to keep. Dana, I absolutely love my new sunglasses.

I have to say I am beyond impressed. I have been to many optical stores in my 23 years of wearing glasses and never have I had someone explain the different types of lenses, as well as guide me in what would be best for my eyes and why! The customer experience was above exemplary and I will happily be returning year after year :)

Dana always exceeds any expectations a client might have. Not only will you get a beautiful pair of glasses/sunglasses but also an amazing customer service afterwards. I’ve been a loyal customer of hers for almost 20 and she is absolutely worth it even coming from Toronto.

Got new prescription sunglasses and replace my old lenses with ones to work on my computer and desk. The difference is incredible, everything is much clearer and easier to read, love my new sunglasses! Everyone at Rossland Optical are professional and great to deal with!
