Jacuzzi Whitby

Jacuzzi Whitby has made the decision to purchase a hot tub easy and worry free. We became Jacuzzi For Life (JFL) members three years ago when we purchased our first Jacuzzi. The representative, Darryl, was very helpful in explaining all the options and answered all of our questions.

We singed up for the Gold maintenance package and have enjoyed three years of service. As a part of the maintenance package Jacuzzi comes to the house to clean and maintain all aspects of our hot tub. When ever we have something that needs to be fixed they come out right way. They are always helpful and quick to fix an issue we may have.

We are now receiving our second brand new Jacuzzi for free (after the JFL three years). We were able to upgrade to a larger size and add a sound system for an upgrade fee.

I highly recommend Jacuzzi Whitby for their friendly informed staff.

The customer service at Jacuzzi is top notch! The team is wonderful special shout out to Darryl and Ron. When my husband and I first got our hot tub we had no idea what to do. We went to Jacuzzi and Darryl took the time to take us through “spa school” which happened to be on a Saturday right before closing the team is honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I will never buy a hot tub or products from anyone else. I highly recommend Jacuzzi and their team of experts! You won’t be disappointed!

Darryl was great at finding the hubby Derek and I a tub that fit our needs and budget. Spa school was a huge help since we were first timers. The delivery guys were prompt and helpful. After-service has been fantastic and we are loving our Nordic! It looks amazing in our yard and it’s easy to maintain. We sleep so well now!!! Highly recommend Jacuzzi Whitby!!
