Unfortunately I already have a mortgage and am not looking to buy/sell but if I do I'll definitely call Josh.
I took off 1 star for making me rethink my current mortgage in retrospect.

Josh was very easy to talk to helped explain everything so I understood. And when I had questions he always responded thoroughly to my liking.
