Friendly staff. Answered all my questions and provided detailed estimates and costs before doing any work. Nobody else in Whitby would tell me how much just to change a clutch.

Had a transmission issue on my 2012 Grand Caravan that was very new to me, ended up needing a new transmission. They were great at working with my 3rd party warranty and myself. They had a new one put in and every handled very quickly, and excellent friendly customer service too!

Amazing experience! Had a transmission issue and called on Monday afternoon, Denise asked if I could bring it in right away, I said yes. They ran my car through a few tests and saw that a sensor was malfunctioning. Denise asked if I could leave it or bring it back in the morning. I left it. I received a call around 11:30 am on Tuesday and Denise confirmed my issue was a sensor and not the transmission at all. I gave the go ahead to change the sensor and my car was ready for pick up around 3pm. So 24 hours and saving me thousands in what I thought was a new transmission, and I have again a perfect running vehicle.
Denise and her staff run an honest and efficient transmission shop! I will definitely go back if I have any future issues!
