The Doctor was very thorough when examining our dogs and he explained everything to us and encouraged us to ask questions. Price was very fair and there was no upselling . This is a refreshing Animal Hospital that truely cares about animals.

(April 18, 2021, 1:04 pm)We were referred to Springwood when our 2 yr old bullmastiff's back end was in terrible pain and couldn't walk. Our usual vet was unresponsive. They were very supportive and professional and got her in quickly.

Everything was explained in terms of what was needed to be done upfront, including costs. No hidden surprises. Very ethical, professional and welcoming.
We were so pleased with the experience we are changing to Springwood for all our fur baby's needs. She LOVED both Dr. Dilwar and his assistant!
