Whitby Shores landscaping removed an older deck and surrounding gardens in our backyard and installed a larger patio in its place. We were very impressed with the staff's professionalism, work ethic, reliability and punctuality. At all times, the staff were willing to take the time to answer our many questions and were flexible and efficient in re-working part of our original plan mid-project. We appreciated how the crew tidied up the work area at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the finished project.

I am not one to write reviews normally, however I really wanted to do so now, as I am just so pleased with my experience with Whitby Shores. When I first met Andrew, I was impressed by his knowledge of the subject matter and the confidence with which he spoke. He listened to what my vision was for my project, and made helpful suggestions. When I was still deciding between companies, Andrew always promptly answered all of my random extra questions, and even gave me a call to follow up. Victoria, the office manager, was also lovely and was always available to answer my questions. It can be daunting to choose between providers for such a large job, but I can say with absolute confidence that we made the right decision in hiring Whitby Shores.
Once the work started, I was so impressed by the employees who were working at my site - they were courteous, friendly and always respectful of my property. All the work performed was done thoroughly, as well as efficiently. Without having to ask, Andrew even went out of his way to source upgraded product for us at no extra cost, so that our project would look extra special. I am beyond pleased with the finished product and have already enjoyed sharing it with my friends and family. I would absolutely recommend Whitby Shores for any landscaping project!
