When a larger company did not return my 3 phone calls, after assuring me they would call back within 24 hours, my neighbour suggested I call Mike. He got back to me immediately and set up a service appointment within a few days. The serviceman was on time, friendly and personable and did the job quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable cost. I'm very impressed and will definitely be calling them for any future water treatment needs.
