Gentherm

We've been working with Gentherm for a number of years servicing their property with snow removal and summer/spring maintenance. They are wonderful company to partner, we are lucky to have such a great client.

I just started with Gentherm Canada ULC (O/A Etratech)...
All I can say is...
“If you are looking for a position where you learn something new each day in regards to design, development and manufacture of advanced electronic controls”
This is the company to be at...
From the second I walked into the complex the day I started,
I was met with politeness...and since then I have seen nothing but extremely well educated individuals (each proficient in their field) willing to take their time to “make sure” you learn, understand and are able to carry out what is required to keep things kept to the company’s stringent standards...
They are strict...but remember...what they provide for “us” must be kept to stringent standards...
They will teach you..
Two Thumbs Up...
and those who know me...
I have never given a “two thumbs up”
PS as an active STEM Educator (Environment)...
I'd like to also state.
This company "truly" takes our environmental issues serious...
Example...They are so serious about our environment...
They do not recycle our shipping boxes that go in and out...locally
They re-use them
There had to be 12-15 labels covering each other on some of these boxes...
Which means they use them over and over again...
Way too cool
