Updated: there was a fire and they appear to be gone forever. Sad to see.

I'm a pretty tough critic (I used to do most of my own work but these days find myself just too busy) but I'll give Pat and Laura 5 stars without a second thought.

This is not a stealership with fancy coffee and a loaner fleet, it's a real down-to-earth business.

It's just so fantastic dealing directly with the business owners, the people working on your car, not some commissioned service writer.

If you're the kind of person who thinks that every mechanic is a crook and is out to steal your hard earned cash, and will never be convinced otherwise, I'd say stay away! These guys are too nice and too honest, you don't deserve them. Otherwise, tell them John sent you!

Ever since I discovered Pat and Laura's shop, I have been using their service. I'm a very unknowledgeable lady regarding car repairs and I can trust them both with anything that I need done. Lovely people and I drove there this week to take in my old van that they look after so well and see they have had a devastating fire. I am so sorry for them both and I hope they can find another location while that is being repaired. I just hate the thought of going to Canadian Tire or anyone else of that nature. Come on Pat and Laura. We need you. Again, so very sorry as this must be devastating to your family.

I've been going to Pat and Laura's shop since they've owned it and always had top notch service at a good fair price. They don't play games you pay for the repairs needed and nothing else.

I was a bit hesitant as first to stop using Honda directly for servicing my Odyssey. But I can now confidently say, I am glad I made that decision because I came to Appleby car care. Very happy with Appleby car care’s service. They did what was needed to be done at a great price. Thank you Laura and Pat.

During my morning commute I heard a dragging sound. I called Appleby Car Care and they took me in right away! It was a quick fix and a more than fair price. True and honest technicians work here. Highly recommended.
