Brought a 2011 C250 in for front bumper repair; daytime running light and paint/body work. Quick, friendly and appears to have done a good job, time will tell with the paint job... Would recommend. Spoke with a man named Joe on the phone who was courteous, and a lady receptionist who helped my get something out of my car that I had left, she was also friendly and helpful.

Part 2:
Had the car brought back due to many imperfections and some paint missing. Assured was excellent in re-doing the bumper, process when very smoothly. Received the car back, and the bumper came back with damage near the light, happened during instillation. It was covered up with touch up paint. It stands out from an otherwise good job on the bumper. Some scratches found on vehicle but i don't want to get into that. This is a good garage and good people here, I just had a disappointing experience, especially coming back to pick up the car from being re done and finding again a big blemish.
Downgrading review from 4 stars to 3. They deserve no less.

Fantastic experience! Jason and Mike were awesome, as well as the rest of the staff. Car came back early, clean and more than met my expectations. My expectations were very high, let me add. They went above and beyond. Thanks Assured!
