Mary Lou couldn’t have been more helpful and kind! Never once did I feel like I was receiving a “sales pitch” or had any extra pressure put on me.

She showed me items in my price range (unlike Birks in the same mall who showed me something 7x the price of what I could afford...)

I felt like I was being assisted by a friend vs a sales person. She made the entire experience more enjoyable than I had expected. She even remembered my name when I came back several hours later!

I would not hesitate to recommend Charm in the Mapleview mall and Mary Lou to any friends and family. She is an asset to the company and I look forward to doing business with her again in the future.

I have dealt with Charms at Mapleview a number of times. It has the best and fastest jeweler. Excellent work! No waiting for weeks. jewelry is repaired locally and never gets lost or delayed with courier companies. Usual wait 2 days. Great place and Canadian too!

Great prices and customer service, I’ve found that there is just not much to choose from, they have limited products but they’re good for the price.

Friendly staff, good priced products, good selections. Staff was very knowledgeable. Had assisted someone in picking out an engagement ring, and found Charm Diamond much more Superior store for knowledge, for friendliness, for listening to what the customer wants. We went to several jewelry stores in the malls and found that many many stores didn't listen to what the customer was asking for however Charm Diamond was quite different. Highly recommend them.
