For anyone with dark brown/black hair, looking to get a balayage & money piece done, go to Mackenzie at Chatters, in Burlington Mall! Even if you have light hair and want a balayage done, go to her - she is the expert!

She transformed and upgraded my hair, I am so happy with how it came out, the placement and colouring looks amazing! She really knows what shes doing.

Everyone who worked there was soo nice and friendly!! The salon and work stations were sparkling clean as well. I totally recommend!!

Kaila is awesome. Prices are amazing and the free gift with service is something I haven't seen anywhere else! Best value for your money by far. I have felt ripped off at salons for years - never at Chatters!

Stephanie is my ideal hair stylist. She is very perceptive and made me feel comfortable. Both by having as much conversation as I felt in the mood for and with her constant professionalism. She asked for my input and took the time to curl my hair perfectly. She is lovely :)
