I can’t say enough about the incredible first appointment I had at Dermetics! I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile and instructed on their Covid protocols which made me feel confident of the cleanliness and safety of the business. Next the lobby was pristine and very inviting with lots of product to look at. Michelle promptly was out and introduced herself and led me to a room to discuss what my concerns were. She carefully listened to my needs and then proceeded to then give me options as well as thoroughly explained the procedures and then gave her recommendations. It was at that time I met Dr. Muhn, and he was super friendly, he made me feel so comfortable. Michelle supported me through every step of the procedure and then prepared me for what to do once I got home. I promptly paid and was left with a comforting smile as I said goodbye! Amazing from start to finish, would highly recommend Dermetics!!
