Natalia booked a cruise for my Grandmother and myself and did a wonderful job. She answered all of our questions, organized our flights and ensured that no detail was missed. It was great to have an expert on our side.

My wife and I have been using Flight Center Burlington for our travel needs for many years - typically travelling at least twice / year. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always asking the right questions so that our specific needs are met. We typically work with Emily - she's experienced, resourceful, and always does her best to make sure we have the best vacation experience.

We always book with Emily and we are never disappointed. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. We have been booking vacations with her since 2006 and she always picks the right place for our family! We have our family and friends booking with her as well and they continue to connect with her for their vacations ????

I have dealt with Flight Centre Burlington Mall on numerous occasions with Emily. Last year on a trip to Europe with WOW AIR one suitcase was lost on arrival for two weeks. As a result I had to purchase clothes etc, we contacted Emily who took all the stress from us by being in constant contact with WOW Air and us until I got my case back.
On my return home she was was more than helpful in getting me reimbursed for expenses which also included a new suitcase as I was getting the run around from WOW Air.
Emily polite, conscientious, knowledgeable and someone we will continue to book our trips with.
