The cashier forgot to ask for my Air Miles card and I forgot to present my card too at time of purchase. Update: You can fight "city hall", the store manager Carmen, responded to my review regarding the air miles issue and resolved it completely. 5 stars!

(August 21, 2018, 7:03 pm)The store Itself is great. With a great selection of toys treats and food. But the real gem is the grooming service in the back run by Katherine. All 3 of my dogs (2 labs and a pug cross) come back clean shiny and happy with a cute little bow tie around their neck. I’ve searched for a few years for a groomer that does a proper job that I can trust and I’m so happy to have found the place. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to go here! Best groomer in Burlington!
